Welcome to Springfield High School
Hello, Springfield High School Community.
It is with great excitement and deep gratitude that I return to Springfield High School to serve as the principal. I am honored to lead a community so deeply committed to academic excellence, student growth, and shared success.
Since 2006, I have had the privilege of working alongside incredible students, staff, and families across the Springfield School District — from teaching English Language Arts to serving in various leadership roles at both E.T. Richardson Middle School and Springfield High School. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the power of education and the importance of strong, lasting relationships within a school community.
My journey as an educator began with a Bachelor of Arts, Master’s Degree, and Secondary Teaching Certification from St. Joseph’s University. I have continued to grow through a Writing Fellowship at West Chester University, Principal Certification from Cabrini University, and most recently, earning my Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Drexel University. These opportunities have fueled my passion for fostering meaningful learning experiences for all students.
I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for Dr. Joseph Hepp, whose thoughtful leadership has guided Springfield High School with vision and care. I look forward to building on his work and continuing our partnership to support our students. I am also eager to collaborate with our exceptional Assistant Principals, Dr. Sean Murray and Mrs. Hope Taylor-Scott, who bring dedication, heart, and excellence to our school every day.
As we look ahead to the 2025–2026 school year, I am energized by the work we will do together to uphold and strengthen the traditions that make Springfield High School such a special place — a place where every student is supported in finding success, purpose, and possibility.
