Springfield High School PHASE 2 – Bid Package 3



The Springfield School District, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed bids for the Springfield High School PHASE 2.


Scope of work includes the new Construction of Springfield High School Maintenance Building and Visitor's Bleachers, Remaining Site Work and Site Signage.


Sealed bids for the project, addressed to Don Mooney, must be clearly marked on the outside with bidder's name and name of the project and contract being bid, and are due at the Springfield School District's Administration Building, Board Room, 111 West Leamy Avenue, Springfield, PA 19064 by 11:00 am on June 4, 2020. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 1:00 pm via virtual meeting.  Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.  Performance and Payment Bonds and proof of insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder.


This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.


All pre-bid substitution requests must be submitted to the Owner's Architect, Schrader Group Architecture LLC, at least ten (10) days prior to receipt of bids via email to Dan D'Amico -
