Graduation Requirements
In order to graduate and earn a diploma from Springfield HS, all must meet the following requirements:
- Successfully complete and earn credit for courses as detailed in the table below.
- Demonstrate proficiency on Keystone Examinations in the areas of Algebra I, Biology and English Literature. These exams will be administered near the end of the completion of the course
- Students that do not demonstrate proficiency on the Algebra I, Biology, and English Literature Exams will be required to complete a project-based assessment for each subject area for which they do not demonstrate proficiency.
- Students will be scheduled for this course(s), and the course(s) will take the place of elective courses in the student’s schedule.
