Home Access Center (HAC) is open to all buildings.
Home Access Center (HAC) is a parent/guardian and student communication tool used by Springfield School District. HAC is a web-based application that provides family level access to information regarding your child(ren) from home or anywhere via wireless Internet access. Available information includes demographics, attendance, schedules, classwork and grades (varies by building).
Frequently Asked Questions:
Username/Password: HAC usernames and passwords have been mailed home. If you have any problems, please submit a contact form. (if you have multiple students, information is only required for one student for identification purposes.)
Questions concerning grades: please contact the attendance office/teacher directly.
Questions concerning attendance: please contact the school/teacher directly.
Questions concerning emails: please contact the Parent Portal helpdesk at parentportal@ssdcougars.org. Blocked emails are removed at the start of each school year.
